Classification note for solicitations: Xion pedicabs are Class 2 electric bicycles, not FMVSS 500 low-speed vehicles (LSVs). In most states they require no motor-vehicle titling or registration and are permitted in bike lanes and pedestrian corridors that exclude LSVs. In California, electric pedicabs are classified as electric bicycles under Vehicle Code § 467.5. Verify local ordinances; Xion assists buyers with this research.
