When you opt in to texts from XION Motors (VIP Pedicabs LLC), we collect your
phone number and consent record (with timestamp), used only to send the messages
you requested — appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to inquiries,
order/delivery updates, and (if separately opted in) occasional promotions.

How we use your data: to operate our business, respond to requests, process
orders, and—with consent—send marketing. We do not sell your personal information.

Data security: we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical
safeguards to protect your information.
